Today, November the 17th, Mikhail Bryzgalov, Director General of the Glinka Russian National Museum Association of Musical Culture, has been appointed President of the Valery Khalilov Association of Bands and Wind and Percussion Instrumentalists.
Mikhail Bryzgalov’s appointment was approved during the Wind Society Association session on November the 16th as part of the Sixth International Cultural Forum in St. Petersburg.
