Second Season of Concerts Military Orchestras in Parks Was Opened in the Alexander Garden

On May 20, the opening of the summer season of the concert program Military Orchestras in Parks was held in the Alexander Garden. The Moscow residents and guests of the capital visited a two-hour concert of three bands — Military Orchestra of the Honor Guard, Military Orchestra of the 154th Separate Commandant’s Preobrazhensky Regiment and Orchestra of the Military Institute (of military conductors) of the Military University.

Head of the Moscow Department of Culture Alexander Kibovsky and Head of the Directorate of the Spasskaya Tower Festival Sergei Smirnov addressed the audience with a salutatory word.
During the summer, there will be 14 more concerts on Saturdays on the Poklonnaya Hill, in Gorky Park, Museon, Sokolniki and other popular places in Moscow.

Three immediate appearances: on May 27 — in the Artillery Yard of the State Historical Museum, June 3 — in the square near the Intercession Cathedral, June 10 — in the Victory Park on the Poklonnaya Hill.
